Cookie policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They make it possible to remember your choice between visits and, in some cases, to collect depersonalised statistics.
This Policy supplements the Personal data processing policy and applies to synergy-gds.kz, operated by SYNERGY – Global Digital Solutions LLP.
2. The main point: declining restricts nothing
If you choose "Decline all", the site remains fully available. Every section, text and contact detail opens exactly as it does with consent. We do not use mechanisms that restrict access to the content depending on your cookie decision.
The only difference: the embedded map in the Contacts section will not load automatically - instead you will see the address and a button to load the map manually.
3. Which cookies are used

No advertising or marketing cookies and no social network trackers are used on the site.
3.1. What happens if you decline
Declining a category means the corresponding files and external resources are not loaded at all. Specifically:
- Analytics cookies - analytics scripts are not loaded, and no statistics about your visit are collected or transmitted. This does not affect how the site works or what it contains.
- Third-party services - the embedded map is not loaded and no requests are sent to Google servers. In the Contacts section you see the address and a "Show the map" button instead: it loads the map for the current visit only and does not change your stored decision.
There are no other consequences. All sections of the site, its texts, contact details and contact channels remain fully available. The consent dialog is not shown again: your decision is kept until you change it yourself or clear your browser data.
4. Giving and withdrawing consent
On your first visit a consent dialog appears at the bottom of the page with three actions: "Accept all", "Decline all" and "Customize". The accept and decline buttons are equal in size and styling - we do not nudge you towards consent.
Under "Customize" the categories can be enabled individually. Analytics and third-party cookies are off by default.
You can change your decision at any time: the "Cookie settings"link at the bottom of the site reopens the consent dialog. You may also delete the stored data through your browser, in which case the dialog will appear again on your next visit.
Loading the map once via the "Show the map" button does not change your stored decision: the map is loaded for the current visit only.
5. Browser controls
Cookie settings are available in every browser, usually under "Privacy and security" or "Site settings". Cookies can also be blocked entirely. The site will keep working, but your choice in the consent dialog will no longer be saved and the dialog will appear on every visit.
6. Changes to this Policy
When new services are connected, this Policy will be updated and the set of categories in the consent dialog will change. Consent will then be requested again. The current version is published at synergy-gds.kz/en/cookies/.
